Replacement Rules

Reckon Docs SMSF deeds are regularly reviewed and updated to take into account changes in superannuation legislation, recent tax rulings, cases and current practices.

Reckon Docs SMSF trust deeds are structured so that changes to the deed can be simply updated by a minute resolution and a rule replacement.

Reckon Docs Rule Replacement provides a simple and practical way to upgrade an SMSF trust deed by replacing an existing deed with the most recent version of the trust deed, so that trustees can be confident that their deed is fully up-to-date and compliant with the current legislation and business practices.
